Held as part of “Big Week,” an Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) initiative that included; Connections, the AFRL Wargame Course and a play test of elements of the 2010  AFRL Wargame.  For little more then the administrative burden of one event AFRL stages three mutually supporting events. Also reduced funds needed from Air Force Research Laboratory, Plans Directorate.
