Don Hawthorne's Integration Packets
Don Hawthorne is a published a science fiction writer (War World) and former editor of The General. He has begun writing a series of game rules linking various strategic and tactical games. Called "Integration Packets," the purpose is to add flavor to the strategic game and a campaign system to the tactical game. Don has kindly given me permission to post these efforts; the first packet, ambitiously marked "001", is below.
